Theodore Zichy (1908–1984) was a Hungarian Count, aristocrat, airplane pilot, competitive car racer, film director, competitive drinker, duelist, sexual libertine, and, occasionally, an actor.

Zichy was also a professional photographer who created a portfolio of photographs focusing on women’s legs, feet, and high heels, titled “Chiaroscuros.”  It’s not clear if Zichy was aware of the camp appeal these photos would have, but his autobiography, That Was No Gentleman - That Was Zichy, suggests that he was a keen, if self-deprecating, observer of himself.
